2. Product Information and Handmade Variations
TBMA Crafts specializes in handcrafted items, including natural sola wood flowers, rustic bark items, and 100% natural bird and pet toys. Because our items are made from natural, raw materials (such as tapioca plant root, mahogany, and rattan) and are shaped by hand, slight variations in size, color, texture, and shape are a normal and expected part of the artisan process. These natural variations do not constitute a product defect.

3. Custom and Bulk Orders
For wholesale, bulk, or custom orders, specific terms regarding production timelines, shipping, and pricing will be agreed upon via a separate quote. Once a custom or bulk order has commenced production, it cannot be canceled or modified without prior written agreement.

4. Pricing and Payments
All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Shipping and International Customs
We proudly offer global shipping. However, for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by their destination country’s customs department. TBMA Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Returns and Refunds
Please see our dedicated Return Policy for full details. Generally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders and specific bulk quantities may be exempt from standard returns due to their personalized nature.

Unless otherwise stated, TBMA Crafts and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TBMA Crafts (including photographs, product descriptions, and blog tutorials).
